Three steps, one cohesive system — from your family's first conversation about homeschooling to a portfolio-ready year-end evaluation.
Our intake instrument captures how your child learns, what they love, where they are academically, and what matters most to your family. This profile drives everything that follows.
A 36-week, standards-aligned curriculum — adapted for pace, interest, and learning style — with daily lesson plans and a parallel parent coaching track built specifically for you.
As your child completes work, we analyze progress and adjust curricula and instruction. Your portfolio builds automatically. At year's end, you have an evaluation-ready record — and real teaching skill.
The curriculum and the coaching run together, every day.
Daily lesson plans in Math and ELA, adapted to how your child learns, what they love, and where they are right now — not where a textbook assumes they should be.
This isn't onboarding support or check-in calls. It's a 36-week instructional development program — designed by a doctoral-level expert in how adults learn to teach. Each week builds on the last. By the end of the year, you'll know how to use wait time, read a student's misconception, adjust a lesson mid-stream, and make instructional decisions you couldn't make on Day 1. That's what coaching means here.
Before a line of production code was written, we built a complete end-to-end example: a full 36-week scope & sequence, five days of daily lesson plans with parent coaching, and a portfolio setup guide — all driven by a single student's intake profile.
NH requires a reading log, samples of student work, and an annual evaluation showing progress commensurate with your child's age and ability. Next Chapter Homeschooling auto-generates all of it — organized, documented, and exportable with one click. No extra work required from you.
Next Chapter Homeschooling is pursuing approval as a registered vendor with the Children's Scholarship Fund NH under the Education Freedom Account program. Every NH K-12 family is now eligible for EFA funds, which could be applied directly to Next Chapter membership. The platform's portfolio system is built to support both RSA 193-A evaluation and EFA annual achievement documentation.
