Adam brings classroom teaching experience across core subjects — Math, ELA, and Social Studies — alongside graduate-level study in educational leadership. His consulting practice, Next Chapter Consulting, has focused on curriculum design, school leadership, and instructional improvement for schools and districts across New England. He oversees early client delivery and curriculum logic.
Dr. Mercier holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Her research focuses on the question at the center of this platform: how do adults learn to teach — and what structures accelerate that development? The parent coaching framework isn't inspired by her work. It is her work, translated into a 36-week system that builds real instructional skill in the parents who use it.
